Skydiver since he was 16, later dropped jumers as a pilot. Started as instrument procedure designer after graduating from lawschool. Coordinates research and development projects focused on IFR infrustructure for regional airports, helicopters etc. As a pilot gained experience on B-737 and turbine aircraft.
